Responsibilities
I am involved in the project by attending various actions including recruiting, communicating with participants, collecting stool samples, developing and validating methods, and data analysis. I am also involved in other responsibilities including preparing experimental instruments and transporting samples for other experiments in the bigger project.

Research Focus
This research focuses on the effect of a yeast-derived supplement containing mannooligosaccharides and beta-glucan on the fecal water content and microbiome composition in older human adults.
Fecal Water Content
The method of measuring fecal water content is developed and validated with Bristol stool form scale data. The stool water content is measured and analyzed with the method during baseline and after intervention
Gut Microbiome Composition
Gut microbiome composition is measured with stool samples during baseline and after intervention
